Maple Lattes is a fan-made Taylor Swift project for ranking songs, making mood playlists, exploring tours, and saving favorite moments. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Taylor Swift or her representatives.

Download Maple Lattes: Song Ranking on the App Store. The app requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.

On the website, choose the albums or songs you want, then select Start ranking. In the app, open Your song ranking and choose your albums; Holiday and Other Songs start unselected. Start by putting eight songs in order, with your favorites at the top. Keep going to build your personal Top 10, 25, and 50. Drag the song cards themselves to reorder them, then choose Keep this order. You can pause and return to your saved progress.

Read the linked documents, then choose Continue to accept them and enter the app. Not now leaves you on the agreement screen without accepting; the documents remain available. Acceptance is remembered on this device, so you do not need to repeat it on every launch unless a new agreement is required.

Read How ranking works for the website’s adaptive sets, provisional results, targeted review, and the controls you keep over your list. It describes a personal ranking method, not a scientific score.

On the website, open Search to look through songs, performed tour shows, music videos, interviews and performances, covers and rare performances, physical editions, releases, and fan guides. Search results are generated in your browser.

In the app, open Search Maple Lattes from Home or the navigation menu. Search for a song, show, interview, or performance, then open a result to explore it. Some website-only results open in your browser.

Open Fan guides for a sourced Taylor Swift album chronology and friendship bracelet ideas. The chronology lists original studio albums separately from released Taylor’s Version rerecordings. Bracelet ideas are fan suggestions, not official colors or instructions.

The iPhone and iPad app no longer includes sheet music or a Fan guides section. Fan guides remain available on the website. Previously downloaded sheet music inside the app is removed; files you independently exported to Files remain yours to manage. Your rankings and saved account progress are not removed by this change.

On the website, open Collection to browse physical editions. Search by album, title, or edition; filter by market and format; then add an edition to your collection or tap its heart for your wishlist. Use the Collection, Missing, and Wishlist tabs to review each view.

In the app, open My collection to browse vinyl, CDs, and cassettes, filter by album, market, or format, and mark the editions you own or want. The app uses illustrated format symbols for editions. Sign in to sync your collection and wishlist with the website.

You can browse, open recording links, rank songs, edit moods, and favorite tour songs without a Maple Lattes account. Sign in or create a free account to sync supported progress across devices. Saving individual archive recordings requires an account. Messages activities do not require a Maple Lattes account; Apple Music authorization is separate.

Choose Save recording on a recording card and sign in if prompted. On the website, find your list under Videos → Saved recordings. In the app, open Saved recordings from Home or the navigation menu. Saving keeps a link to the recording, not a downloaded audio or video file. Your list stays separate from song rankings and tour-song favorites, and syncs with your account.

Your Top 10 belongs to the larger ranking. Later comparisons can change a close position, so another Top 10 review may be needed. Confirming your Top 10 does not freeze those songs or discard the comparisons you have already made.

The app requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.

Yes. The website works in a modern browser and keeps guest progress in that browser’s storage.

Website guest progress stays in that browser’s storage. The app keeps its own working cache in app storage. These copies are separate, so clearing browser data or removing app data can remove local work.

No. Maple Lattes sign-in saves your progress to your account. Apple Music authorization is optional and only allows the music features you choose, such as connecting your library or saving a playlist.

Check the saving status before switching devices. A pending or offline change is still on that device and has not reached your account yet.

On the website, choose More → Download a backup while ranking, or Download a backup from your results. Restore a backup from the setup screen.

In the app, open Account → Export backup. To restore, choose Restore account backup, select your file, review the affected sections, and confirm Replace with backup. This replaces those sections; when signed in, the restored changes sync to your account. Export previous copy lets you save the copy kept before the most recent restore, when available. Keep backup files somewhere safe before clearing data or replacing progress.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Maple Lattes account and that the first device finished saving. Pending or offline changes have not reached the other device yet.

If the app finds different device and account rankings, it can ask you to choose Bring device rankings into this account, Continue with account rankings, or Decide later. The first two choices replace the other ranking copy, so export anything you want to keep before choosing. On the website, existing account progress takes priority when guest progress is added after sign-in.

In the app, open Account → Sign in or create an account. Once signed in, use Manage account to edit your profile or Sign out to leave the account. A profile photo is optional; only the photo you choose is uploaded. Connecting Apple Music is a separate permission.

Before you continue, drag the songs into a new order. After a set is submitted, choose Undo on the website or Undo last set in the app to bring back the most recent set and change it.

Use Move this song to compare one favorite near a new place, or Revisit these songs for a small new comparison. You can save dated ranking editions, compare movement, make then-and-now images, and start a 15- or 30-minute rediscovery session.

For matched songs, your preferred recording follows website previews, ranking results, mood playlists, exports, and cards. The song stays in the same ranking position; choosing a recording does not create a second ranked song.

No. Your account progress is private to your account. A result card is only shared when you choose to save or send it through your device or browser.

Make a card from your result, then use Save image or Download PNG on the website, or the device share controls in the app. Check any optional name on the card before sharing.

Mood playlists let you organize Taylor Swift songs with your own mood tags, energy settings, and order. They are personal choices, not official classifications.

Choose a starting mood, an ending mood, and the playlist length. In the app’s A playlist for this screen, choose Listening time, then open Make it your own for an Opening song, Closing song, Use only my ranked favorites, or Include Christmas songs. Adjust song moods and energy, rearrange the results, and save the finished playlist to Apple Music if you want.

Open Original or re-recorded? in the app, or Original / Taylor’s Version on the website. Listen to the available previews of both recordings, then choose your favorite or skip the comparison. You can review your picks later; choosing a recording does not move the song in your song ranking.

First check that your latest changes have saved and export a backup. On the website, Clear account data clears saved account progress and cached copies in that browser. In the app, Account → Saved data → Clear account data clears saved song and recording rankings, moods, favorites, saved recording references, collection and wishlist, and merch alert settings while keeping you signed in. Use Account → Delete account to remove the account and its saved progress. Downloads, local copies, and playlists already made in Apple Music are separate.

Ranking and tour features do not need Apple Music. Full-song playback needs an active Apple Music subscription. Saving a playlist also needs Apple Music permission and Sync Library turned on for your Apple Music account.

In the main app, short previews provided courtesy of iTunes help you recognize and compare recordings. Tap a preview control to listen; a preview is not the full song and does not require an Apple Music subscription. Availability varies by recording and region. Maple Lattes streams previews without saving an audio file.

The related Apple Music links, iTunes Store badge, and credit appear below the content. During a ranking round, the down arrow jumps to those links and the up arrow returns to the songs. Opening a link or buying a song is optional. Full-song playback is a separate Apple Music feature that requires authorization and an eligible subscription.

Spotify currently requires at least 250,000 monthly active users to apply for the API access needed to offer an integration to everyone. If Maple Lattes reaches that milestone, we’ll apply for access and add Spotify integration once approved.

Spotify’s access requirements

Maple Lattes asks Apple Music to authorize the connection. It checks your catalog region and access to library playlists; connecting does not create a playlist by itself.

Apple Music availability depends on your subscription, storefront region, and Apple’s catalog. Maple Lattes checks the songs before creating a playlist and stops instead of making a partial playlist when a recording cannot be matched.

Each participant who saves a completed shared playlist gets a separate copy in their own Apple Music library.

Recently Played is a recent Apple Music snapshot filtered for Taylor Swift songs on your device. It is not listening statistics, and Maple Lattes does not upload it to your account.

Yes. You can favorite tour songs. If you are signed in, those favorites can be part of your saved account progress.

On the website’s Songs & Recordings page, search by song, released version, or collaborator; choose an album or a released-version group; and order results by documented show count, title, or your all-song ranking when available. Acoustic & sessions includes Long Pond; you can also browse the Long Pond collection in album order.

In the app, open Songs to search and filter the catalog. A song’s page lists its main album recording and available alternate versions, with links to Apple Music. Choose Browse performances to explore its live appearances. In Tours & live songs, the Songs view lets you filter performances by tour, year, city, or only appearances with recordings.

On a song’s Released recordings section, choose Report a missing version or Report a broken link. The support form fills in the song, version when available, provider, song page, and the provider record ID for a broken link. A report is sent only when you complete the security check and select Send message. Each report is reviewed before any catalog change.

Yes. On the website, open Recording ranking. In the app, open Rankings → Long Pond & remixes → Recording rankings. Choose selected recordings, Long Pond Studio Sessions, remixes, or collaborations and put them in your own order. This ranking stays separate from your main song ranking and From the Vault.

Official Music Videos lists uploads from Taylor Swift’s official YouTube channel. Interviews & performances organizes documented conversations, speeches, and performances with source links. Covers & Rare Performances collects documented covers, guest duets, and unusual live appearances.

The app has Music videos, Interviews & performances, and Covers & rare performances on Home and in the navigation menu. Browse details inside Maple Lattes, then choose a recording to watch on its source service.

On the website, where a recording card offers it, select Share this recording to use your browser’s sharing or copy option, or Report video to open the support form. In the app, use Share or Report where shown. Review the filled-in recording details, describe the problem, and submit the form. If a recording has no Report action, use the support form with its title and source link.

Videos can be removed, restricted, or changed by uploaders and platforms. The app opens recordings on their source service; the website also offers embedded players. A saved link is not a promise that a recording will remain available.

If the app says “refresh needed,” the provider details need updating; it does not necessarily mean the video has been removed. Try again online later. Your saved recording reference is kept even when its title or thumbnail is temporarily unavailable.

No. Browse tours by date, city, or song, but some shows have partial setlists or no linked recording. Early Tours also includes opening sets and festival appearances. “Partial setlist · date inferred” means the listed songs or date are based on incomplete evidence; open the provenance details to see the source. If you spot a missing date or song, email support with a source link if you have one.

Open Back to that night from Home, or Tours & live songs from the navigation menu, then choose Early Tours in the tour selection. Browse the available shows, setlists, and recordings in the same archive as the later tours. Early Tours is a growing, sourced collection rather than a complete concert history.

Email support with the tour, date, song, the correction, and a source link if you have one. Setlists and recording matches can contain mistakes, so specific evidence is helpful.

On iPhone and iPad, video links open the source service in its app or your browser. Maple Lattes does not play, host, or download the video. YouTube thumbnails can load while you browse; TikTok cards use a placeholder rather than loading TikTok images. The source service handles playback, advertising, and its own privacy settings.

On the website, recordings may use YouTube or TikTok embedded players. Thumbnails and players can send requests to those providers. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player does not mean that no information is sent. Read the Privacy policy for details.

When a YouTube recording has a documented start time, its Watch link includes that timestamp. The provider controls whether it honors the timestamp. A source video may continue beyond the song: an external link cannot enforce the end time. TikTok and other sources open their normal video or article pages. Use Save recording to keep the reference for later; it does not save a clip.

Open a conversation in Messages, choose the Maple Lattes app from the app drawer, then choose an activity. The website’s Messages pages explain invitations, but the activities themselves run in Messages.

Choose four or eight songs, put them in your order, and send the invitation through Messages. Your friend ranks the same songs and sends a reply so you can compare your choices. This activity does not change either person’s personal song ranking.

Choose an album, rank the songs privately, and predict your friend’s order. Each round is revealed after both players answer.

You and one friend take turns adding up to five songs. When the list is ready, review the order and approve it together. Each person can then save a separate copy to their own Apple Music library.

No. Maple Lattes activities in Messages show songs and let you rank, guess, and build playlists, but do not play audio or video. Use the main app for available song previews. Each person can save an approved shared playlist to their own Apple Music library.

No. Enter a nickname for How Well Do You Know Me? or a shared playlist. It is shown to the other participant. Use up to 24 characters of plain text or a simple emoji; joined emoji and invisible characters are not supported. Do not put private contact information in your nickname.

Messages activities run in the native Messages experience. The website pages are fallbacks that explain how to open the activity in Messages; they are not browser game clients.

No. How Well Do You Know Me? and shared playlists are activities with another person. Rank Together content travels in the iMessage you choose to send. None of these changes your personal song rankings.

How Well Do You Know Me? games and shared playlists expire thirty days after creation; their shared server records are then removed. Rank Together travels in the iMessage you choose to send and is separate from those server-backed activities. Device drafts and messages already sent are separate copies.

The first recipient to use an unused invitation can claim the other player’s seat. Share invitations only with the person you want to play with.

In a shared playlist or How Well Do You Know Me? game, choose Report to send the activity’s shared text for review. This does not send your Messages conversation. Leave and block activity ends that activity for both participants and disables its invitation; it does not block the person in Messages or other activities. Report first if you want Maple Lattes to review it, then leave if you wish.

No. Maple Lattes adds a draft to Messages; you still choose whether to tap Send. It does not automatically send a message or notification.

Merch features refer to the official U.S. Taylor Swift store. Store inventory, shipping, payments, and orders are handled by that store, not Maple Lattes.

No. For an order, payment, shipping, return, or store-account issue, contact the official U.S. store directly. Maple Lattes cannot access or change store orders.

You choose to turn on notifications in each browser. Your alert choices can save to your Maple Lattes account, but browser permission is separate on every browser or device.

In the app, use Account → Notifications for alert choices and iOS Settings for notification permission. They are separate settings.

On the website, turn notifications off from the Merch page. In the app, manage alerts in Account → Notifications. Signing out alone does not revoke a browser’s notification permission, so turn it off before leaving a shared device.

Enter your email and select “Sign me up” to agree to receive Maple Lattes emails. The newsletter hasn’t launched yet. We save your signup request and will ask you to confirm your email before sending newsletters.

When signed in, Maple Lattes saves supported progress, including song and recording rankings, unfinished rounds, preferences, mood choices, favorites, saved recording references, your collection and wishlist, and playlist records. Read the Privacy policy for the full explanation.

On the website, open Account → Saved data → Clear account data. In the app, use Account → Saved data → Clear account data to remove saved progress (including song and recording rankings, saved recording references, collection and wishlist) and merch alert settings while staying signed in. Use the website account menu or Account → Delete account in the app to delete the sign-in account. Read the Privacy policy first so you know which local copies and exports are separate.

Include whether you use the website or iPhone/iPad app, the app or browser version, the affected feature, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords or private account credentials.
