Using Maple Lattes

These terms apply when you use maplelattes.com. Use the site lawfully, respect other people’s work, and do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service or bypass its security controls.

Maple Lattes is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Taylor Swift, her representatives, Apple, Google, Spotify or TikTok.

Your account and choices

An account is optional. If you create one, provide accurate sign-in information and keep access to it secure. Your rankings, mood edits and recording choices remain yours. You allow Maple Lattes and its service providers to store and process them as needed to run the features you use, as described in our privacy policy.

You can reset individual sections or clear your saved progress while keeping your sign-in account. Keep a downloaded backup of anything you do not want to lose. Browser storage, network problems or changes to the service can affect access to saved work.

Music and recordings

Songs, recordings, artwork and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links and embeds do not transfer any rights to that material. Use music previews and video players through the controls provided, subject to the provider’s terms.

Tour dates, setlists and recording matches may contain mistakes. Videos can be removed, restricted or changed by their uploaders or platforms. A link’s presence does not mean Maple Lattes owns the recording or can guarantee its availability. Report a correction or a rights concern to info@maplelattes.com.

Playlists and sharing

Connecting Apple Music is optional and separate from your Maple Lattes account. Apple Music playlist saving depends on your account, region and the provider’s availability. Those services have their own terms.

You may download and share the result cards Maple Lattes creates for you. Review any name or other personal detail on the image before sharing it. Rankings and mood labels express personal preferences, not official ratings or statements from the artist.

Availability and changes

Maple Lattes is provided as available. Features may change, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access, a complete tour archive or permanently available third-party recordings. We may restrict access that abuses the service or compromises other users’ security.

Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
